Event Venue Cost

Saturday Weddings

The venue will be $5,000 for a Saturday event which will include use of the venue for 2 hours on Friday (6:00 PM- 8:00 PM) for the rehearsal and 10 hours on Saturday. The wedding is limited to 4 hours.

The Bridal suite which can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 2 queen air mattresses) can be rented overnight on Friday night for $350.

Reception Only

This package includes 3 hours to decorate the venue, 3 hours for your reception, 1.5 hours to clean after your event, tables, chairs , and white linens to accommodate guests and food, and access to all common spaces (Indoor ceremony area, open air reception space, yard for yard games or cocktail hour, bathrooms, kitchen & parking) Price is $3,500 for Saturday Reception.

If you want to grab your stuff and walk away after the wedding, we can handle the clean up for you for $400. 

These rates include use of the facilities, chairs, tables and linens.

Sunday Weddings

The venue will be $3,400 for a Sunday event which will include use of the venue for 2 hours on Friday (11:00 AM-1:00 PM) for the rehearsal and 10 hours on Sunday. The wedding is limited to 4 hours.

Sunday Intimate Packages

These packages include use of the venue for 2 hours on Friday (11:00 AM- 1:00PM) for the rehearsal and 10 hours on Sunday. The event is limited to 4 hours and must end by 9:00 PM. Prices are as follows up to 50 guests - $2,250, and 50-100 people $2,750.

Reception Only

Monday-Wednesday Weddings

$1,750 for a Monday- Wednesday wedding. This includes use of the facility for 8 hours for a total of 75 guests. Monday- Wednesday weddings do not include a rehearsal. The wedding is limited to 4 hours.
